The guide book to Spinalonga by Beryl Darby covers the history of the island when it was
occupied by the Venetians, then by the Turks, and finally by the lepers when it became a
leper colony. It also includes a detailed guided tour, a map of the island and many
colour photographs showing how the island looked 25 years ago.
